How access works
Local Business Manager manages a Google Business Profile only when a person who owns or manages it connects it. It never scrapes profiles or edits profiles the user does not manage. Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts work the same way: they are connected through Facebook Login by someone who manages them, and we publish only the posts that person schedules.

The owner or manager grants access
A person who owns or manages the Business Profile signs in with Google and approves access for Local Business Manager.

We work only on authorized profiles
The app reads and updates only the profiles that person owns or manages and has chosen to connect. Nothing else.

Access can be revoked at any time
Disconnect from inside the app or remove access in the Google Account permissions page. Tokens are revoked immediately.
